If the feedback is regarding EMSWCD’s Executive Director, your submission will go directly to Chris Wallace Caldwell of Catalysis LLC., who is a neutral third party and who facilitated the creation of the HIP Community Agreements.

If the feedback is regarding the Executive Director, Chris Wallace Caldwell will:

• If the feedback is regarding more serious issues and creates an obstacle for the farmer that cannot be resolved by an EMSWCD staff member, Chris Wallace Caldwell will convey the information to the EMSWCD Board Chair.
